My goal is…

To help Prenatal to Postpartum women strengthen their entire body from the inside out, allowing them to be confident and live healthy & active lives. Leaving behind the typical ashamed “Mom bod” language/image and leaping forward with confidence in their beautiful new body!

I believe Moms deserve better during pregnancy and Postpartum. They deserve to have a brighter future postpartum than the typical language they currently hear saying, “once a mom you will be deprived of sleep, you will pee when laughing/jumping, your body will never be/look the same again, and you will have no time for yourself.”
Who wants to have a kid knowing that will be the result? I am here to tell you, that is not the case.

Each mom has a bright future! You are amazing! You can feel confident and strong in your “Mom” body, just like you did pre-baby. Don’t limit yourself. Just because you are a Mom, your body is different and you now have another person to take care of, doesn't mean you are not worth feeling good in your own skin. 

I am a new mom. I understand the newness of a mom's “new body”, and the need for flexibility during the ever changing stages of life. I do many of my own workouts in the comfort of my own home, and my programs are designed to be done in the comfort of your own home too.

How much does it cost?

All depends on your specific goals you are looking to achieve and the program that works best for you and those goals. Book a consultation today where we will discuss program options and pricing! 

What is the difference in program options?

My Main programs are designed with my client in mind. They are personalized to the client, from the exercises used down to the length of time available for a workout. The 2 programs differ in that 1 is a 1:1 in person/virtual training and the other is a DIY (Do It Yourself) Online Program (you do the workout on your own time at home or in a gym) and then we meet 1X/month to check form, discuss goals, answer questions, etc.

I'm not pregnant and have not been. Do I really need pelvic floor work?

Core and pelvic floor work is beneficial to everyone, so you don’t have to have “issues”, be pregnant, or be postpartum to work on those areas. Pelvic floor dysfunction can happen to anyone regardless of if they have had a child or not. Keeping your core and pelvic floor strong & healthy will benefit you in many aspects of daily living as you age.

I've had fertility issues and a previous misscarriage. Can I still workout? What about if/when I get pregnant again?

It all depends on your doctor recommendation, your situation, and your activity level pre-pregnancy,, but most of the time it is okay to start/continue working out. I would recommend asking your doctor. If you have questions & want to start/continue working out, book a consultation. I would LOVE to discuss the best program options with you!

I’m years out from having kids, would this still be for me?

100% Yes! Every woman who has had a child is considered postpartum. It doesn’t matter if you had a child 1 month ago or 20+ years ago. Everybody can benefit from core and body strengthening workouts regardless of age and time postpartum! 

I don't have any “mom issues,” I just want to get stronger. Can you help with this?

Yes! My top programs are personalized to the client. We work on YOUR goals. If you want to build strength, then your workouts will be designed with that in mind.
