About Me

Hi, my name is Miranda Haerr!

I am Miranda Haerr, founder of SHE Fitness.

I am an X-Ray Tech, personal trainer & coach, a wife to a farmer & mother to Stetson! I work with pre to postpartum women & beyond to safely & effectively strengthen their core, pelvic floor, & entire body so they can feel confident and live active lives in any stage of life.

I have been a certified personal trainer for 3 years and specialized in Coaching Pre & PostPartum Women in 2022.
I have personally trained and coached group fitness classes with many women in different stages of life, pre-preg, preg, postpartum & beyond, helping them strengthen their entire body from the inside out, allowing them to feel more confident in their own skin. 

I want to be the one you reach out to for guidance & support through this life changing experience. 

My Journey

Miranda’s love for fitness started when she attended a group fitness gym.

She loved being pushed and feeling/seeing her body change. She felt stronger and more confident in herself. She became a personal trainer and began coaching group fitness classes & personal training, helping clients build strength & confidence.

With thoughts of starting a family, she started thinking about how she could workout safely and strengthen her core pre and post pregnancy. She took that desire for knowledge and pursued a certification in pre-postpartum core exercise in hopes to help other women have safe, active and healthy pregnancies, easier labors, and safely guide them on retraining their core and pelvic floor.
